Visit England

Located just a 5 minute walk from Morston Quay & the coastal path, is this stylish 3 bed & 2 bath barn conversion having an expansive upper floor living space open to the roof rafters & with glazed doors out to a balcony overlooking the grounds of Morston Hall.

The light interior complemented by natural coloured wooden beams, is all furnished and appointed to an exceptionally high standard. There is a good sized tiled entrance hall, which leads to a delightful king size bedroom with en suite bathroom, a further generous king size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family shower room.

Stairs lead up to the open upper floor, which very comfortably provides a gorgeous sitting area with log burner, dining area, and a stylish and well equipped kitchen. The light & spacious loft feel is enhanced by glazing & double doors leading out to a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens of the neighbouring Morston Hall.

The property is positioned in a select drive containing a small number of barn conversions and cottages. There is a well laid out frontage, and there is car parking for two cars. The village of Morston has a local pub, The Anchor, which serves bar meals and for more special occasions there is Morston Hall boasting a Michelin star restaurant.

A short walk takes you to the Morston Quay now managed by the National Trust, bustling with sailing dinghies, and boat trip charters out to Blakeney Point to see the large seal colony enjoying the shallow, clear water. There is a quayside café and there are lovely walks across the marshes and along the coastal path to Blakeney. Morston is a short drive to the huge sandy beaches at Wells & Holkham.

One small breed dog considered (please provide details).
