Property details
Enjoy a relaxing coastal escape in the ever-popular seaside resort of Cromer — an ideal base for couples and small families alike. Located just 0.5 miles from the town’s iconic pier and sandy beach, you’re perfectly placed for traditional days beside the sea. Walkers will also be spoilt for choice, with spectacular routes stretching east and west along the scenic Norfolk Coast Path. After a day exploring, unwind with a book in the summerhouse or settle into a deckchair in the courtyard garden with your favourite evening drink.
Inside, the cottage is bright, airy and thoughtfully styled in calming neutral tones to create a true home-from-home atmosphere. The elegant lounge invites you to relax after a beach day, with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for cosy evenings in. The contemporary kitchen/diner is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals to enjoy together around the table, while a handy utility room completes the ground floor. Upstairs you’ll find two welcoming bedrooms — a super-king-size and a twin — along with a spacious shower room.
Outside, two sunny courtyard gardens offer peaceful spots to dine, read or simply soak up the sea air. A charming summerhouse, outdoor furniture and deckchairs make this the perfect place to enjoy long summer evenings.
Cromer itself is a classic seaside town, boasting a wide sandy beach, independent shops and excellent eateries. Visit the pier to try traditional crabbing or catch a show at the famous Cromer Pier Pavilion Theatre. Venture inland to the Georgian town of Holt (10 miles), known for its elegant architecture, boutiques and galleries, or head to Blakeney Point (14 miles) to spot seabirds and the resident grey seal colony.
