Jamie Lawrence

Property Manager

Jamie ran his own second home care business before joining Norfolk Stay around 12 years ago. He must be one of the most experience and respected property managers on the North Norfolk coast and oversees; change overs, repairs, planned maintenance & he drives the delivery of a responsive service to our clients.

David Handley

Business Manager

David has worked in the lettings sector for over 25 years, he oversees; accounts, bookings, staffing, IT and the administrative side of the business. David is somewhat of an expert in dealing with the ever increasing complexities of advertising & pricing on the OTA sites.

Sue McKenzie

Bookings Manager

Sue has worked in the letting sector for 25 years and is extremely experienced in holiday let bookings and extended stay letting. She is an excellent negotiator and always gets the deal over the line.
Sue also manages a select portfolio of up market furnished houses offered out to corporate and extended stay let guests. She also manages specialist short let advertising channels.

Louise Hutchings

Louise managed her own holiday cottage in North Norfolk for many years using direct booking sites, but times move on and now as with all property owners she has adapted to using the Online Travel Agent sites such as booking.com, Vrbo etc. that are now a standard in the industry. Louise has great local knowledge and believes customer contact must always remain top of the list.

Ruth Hunt

Bookings

Ruth has recently joined our bookings team part time. She works remotely connecting into our Supper Control booking system. Ruth has worked as a letting negotiator for a number of years. Her other interests are helping to run two local food markets so she is a busy lady. Ruth enjoys coastal walking and keeping fit to work off all that lovely food.
