• From the main entrance to the living room there is one 30 mm step down to the kitchen.

• The work surface is available at a height of 900mm.

• The sink is available at a height of 900mm.
• The oven is available at a height of 700mm

Living Room

• From the main entrance to the lounge, there is one step down. The route is 740mm wide, or more. The door is 760mm wide.

Stairs

• From the Living Room there stairs through a door 700mm wide the first riser steps being 180mm, the stairs treads are wood boarding and there is a handrail.

Getting around outside

 Front Rear Garden

• From the main entrance to the gardens, there are 6 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.

• From the Living Room patio door to the rear garden there are 4 steps. There is no lift and no ramp.
